Handling difficult employees? Here's what you must do before they destroy your business.

Whether you're a small, medium or large firm, you should document the reason behind the termination based on legitimate company needs. Many employers do not waste the time with recording the situation or getting an explanation from the jobholder. o Do you have the jobholder's file including all your papers?
